Pursuant to the U.S. Constitution and the California State Constitution, all people domiciled in the State of California must be a U.S. citizen. Exceptions are work visas or visitation visas. Non-U.S. citizens have the opportunity to apply to become U.S. citizens. I will make it more readily available and more easily accessible for people to apply in becoming U.S. citizens; I will work with federal immigration offices to expedite citizenship applications. The California State borders must be secured more efficiently; there are drugs, human trafficking and other criminals coming through our borders that needs to be stopped in the interest of justice and the safety of our communities. Borders, customs and check points need to be supported and tightened up more to prevent crime in the interest of the safety for Californians and our communities. There are many U.S. Citizens who are victims of crimes from illegal aliens that deserve justice. I am an advocate that non-U.S. citizens who commit crimes in California will not be sent back to their country, they will be prosecuted in the California court systems in the interest of justice. I will create a waiver that waives their non-citizenship so that they may be prosecuted and that justice may be served.
